Werde als neues Teammitglied im Bereich First-Level-Support - Systemadministration (m/w/d) in Vollzeit ein wichtiger und geschätzter Teil unseres kleinen aber wachsenden Teams.
Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich
- Du betreust unsere Kundensysteme im Windows-Bereich, installierst Betriebssysteme, Software und Serverdienste
- Du bist Ansprechpartner*in im Bereich First-Level-Support für die Mitarbeiter*innen unserer Kunden und hast Spaß daran selbstständige Lösungen für deren Problemstellungen zu finden
- Hierfür nimmst Du telefonische Anfragen auf und hilfst durch die Qualifizierung von Tickets bei der strukturierten Abarbeitung
- Damit unsere Prozesse reibungslos laufen und unsere Kunden über die implementierten Systeme im Bilde sind, erstellst und pflegst Du Infrastruktur-Dokumentationen

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder bringst als Quereinsteiger*in relevante Praxiserfahrung mit
- Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Betriebssystemen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und systematisch und findest selbstständig Lösungen für technische Problemstellungen
- Du hast den Anspruch an Dich, immer auf dem aktuellen Stand der Dinge zu sein
- Guter Service ist Dir wichtig und den Kunden gegenüber bleibst Du freundlich
- Bestenfalls hast Du einen Führerschein (Klasse B)
